Job Purpose
Generate revenue for the SALT Community by developing deep value-added relationships with partners, sponsors, and exhibitors and clearly execute sponsorship logistics for respective packages.
Job Description
This position is responsible for defining the scope, opportunities, and sales related to partnerships with companies and key individuals related to SALT Community Initiatives. As a member of the Orange Thread Media, LLC team, core areas of responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Lead the process of identifying, managing and selling key partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, and exhibitor opportunities for SALT Community initiatives by producing and distributing a SALT Partner Media Kit outlining cost options and package details for various sponsorship/partnership opportunities.
- Actively procure new leads and actively grow revenue through SALT partner revenue.
- Manage and invest in key SALT Community relationships in a manner that adds value to key initiatives.
- Assist marketing initiatives by developing attractive sales strategies for tickets, products, publishing or other SALT related products.
- Lead the on-site logistic/operation details as it relates to supporting the activation of SALT Partner packages, as well as be the on-site point of contact for SALT Partners at annual gatherings.
- Manage the reporting, accounting, and collecting of funds for partnerships associated with all SALT Community initiatives.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and strategy sessions for SALT Initiatives.
- Manage the coordination of details, communication, and needs for every SALT partner and the activation of their package as it relates to SALT Community initiatives.

Job Purpose

Job Description
This part time position is responsible for the event logistics outlined below associated with SALT gatherings and the annual conference. As a member of the Orange Thread Media, LLC team, core areas of responsibility will include (but not be limited to):
- Coordinate and manage lodging and travel for speakers, crew, SALT staff, and key volunteers.
- Plan and coordinate a great first impression experience for attendee registration (both in-person and online) and execute registration onsite.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and strategy sessions for SALT Initiatives.
- Work alongside SALT Team to plan, order, and implement event signage, SALT Store merch, and art installations.
- Help recruit and manage volunteers for conference week.
- Work alongside the SALT team and key volunteers to plan, order, and sell merch, books, and more for the onsite SALT Store.
- Communicate onsite logistical details to speakers.
- Plan, order, and manage snacks, drinks, catering, coffee services, and furniture rentals for conference.
- Create and manage a green room experience for speakers, crew, and staff. This may include designing out the space to fit a required number of people, renting aesthetically pleasing furniture and decor, creating gift packets for
speakers and/or crew, and more. - Plan, order, and manage catering for the speakers, crew, staff, core church team, and volunteers. This usually is a coordinated effort centralized to catering all parties in the designated green room.
- Work alongside Orange Thread Live to deliver technical and facility-related drawings to the venue in a timely matter that relay room setup needs as well as technical plots and renders.
- Create a packing list of SALT items that need to be transported from the Orange Thread Media office and warehouse to the SALT Venue (outside of technical gear for production needs). Ensure packing lists are complete
and do not have overlap between the two teams. - Coordinate and execute other admin and logistical-related tasks for conference.

- Assist with the packing and unpacking of heavy event equipment in a van, box truck or semi.

- Assist in ensuring warehouse orders are complete, labeled, and ready for delivery.
